A recent addition has been the Bridal Suite which is furnished in warm welcoming modern colours and luxurious fabrics.
As for the food itself, check out Platform 1's wonderful menu - best described as continental, with a modern twist - which will truly leave your mouth watering! Choose from the seasonal changing menu or the wonderful specials board, offering an array of beautiful dishes, all cooked to order and including a Traditional Sunday lunch menu. The comprehensive Wine List incorporates crisp New World wines, alongside sumptuous French and Italian labels.
